A$AP Mob kingpin A$AP Rocky is facing a lawsuit after he allegedly slapped fan Lisamarie Wade at last September's Made in America Festival so hard that she hit the ground.

ASAP Rocky Faces Lawsuit for Allegedly Slapping Fan

Lisamarie Wade, concert goer, wants at least $75K from Harlem rapper, , for an alleged slap at a Philadelphia show.

An alleged assault last year is still haunting A$AP Rocky. Lisamarie Wade, who accused him of slapping her in the face at a Philadelphia show in September 2013, is now suing the “Fvckin’ Problems” rapper.

The incident supposedly occurred as Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, made his way through the crowd. Wade reports that she still suffers from “muscle spasm, migraine headaches, intense pain that radiates from her shoulders and into her arms and fingers and exacerbation of pre-existing conditions,” as a result of the alleged altercation, according to the suit as reported by Courthouse News Service. Wade previously filed criminal charges against Rocky, but the case was dismissed after a state witness failed to appear.

Wade is seeking compensatory and punitive damages for civil assault and battery, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability and has also named Live Nation, Jay Z’s Roc Nation, event organizers and subcontractors, as well as the employers and employees of John Doe security in her Federal Court suit.

Representatatives for Wade and Live Nation declined to comment on the case. Representatives for A$AP Rocky and Roc Nation were not immediately available for comment.According to Wade, she was enjoying 2 Chainz’s set at the Made in America Festival when Rocky began making his way through the crowd towards the stage. Amid the chaos, she said, he made eye contact with her and then, with no apparent reason, hit her. She called in to TMZ and said she felt “dizzy,” suffered bruising, and had to leave the concert to go to the hospital.

At first, she had no intention of suing, she said in 2013, but she did want him prosecuted.

“There’s no excuse for a man to ever hit a female. Ever. … I want to make sure that he gets prosecuted for this and gets in trouble because this isn’t the first time he’s done it,” she added, likely referencing another alleged incident with A$AP Rocky and female fan at a concert in Australia just two months before.

“And this isn’t the first time that somebody, a performer or a rap star or somebody famous, has hit somebody in the face and not gotten in trouble for it,” she said.

Wade now wants at least $75,000, claiming as a “young, single mother,” the incident has hindered her ability to “enjoy society with her minor child.”

She attempted to serve him with a private criminal complaint for assault and harassment soon after the show, but was unable to locate him.

The rapper has faced a number of assault claims over the last couple of years. Video, which appeared to show the rapper slapping an Australian fan after she blew him a kiss, surfaced in June 2013. One year earlier, in December, Rocky pled guilty to attempted grand larceny after he allegedly beat up two men who took pictures of him yelling at another man; they accused him of trying to take their camera during the incident.
