Beenie Man apologizes and is making arrangements to appear in Grand Cayman after leaving promoters and patrons angry for no-show.

was a no-show for an event held in Grand Cayman on June 24th.

Grand Cayman promoter Ann Marie Logan is claiming CI$25,000 in losses for money spent on the event. She said over 6,000 patrons were expected to attend the event.

The Jamaican artiste has issued an apology to all his fans for missing the event.

“I want to apologize to all my fans and let them know that we are working with the promoters to reschedule the show to a later date,” said the “Girls Dem Sugar” deejay.

Beenie Man’s manager Rohan Smith said the entertainer was unavoidably absent and members of the Zagazow band were unable to secure work permits in time for the show.

“She [Ann Marie Logan] wanted us to just come and send the artiste only, but that would be unprofessional. We could not do that,” Smith said.

Smith is making arrangements for Beenie Man to appear in the Cayman Islands in July.
