During an interview with Winford Williams on OnStage, Beenie Man denied the claim and blasted Labba Labba.
“No entertainers and no artist is above getting charge for murder in Jamaica or be convicted,” the Dancehall veteran said.
“The police did their thorough investigation. They questioned who they should question, and they never questioned me, I was never brought to a police station, there is no evidence pointing to show that I was involved in any way at all,” he added.

Beenie Man is also alleging that Labba Labba was paid to lie about Bogle’s murder as an attempt to sabotage the musician’s Summer Sizzle show.
“Labba Labba is a man that don’t do anything for his life, them man there move from boss to boss and people to people, that man is my don and that man,” Beenie asserted.
“Any man can manipulate Labba Labba, give him some money and say “say this’ and show him on camera doing it because them man there is nothing,” he added.
Beenie Man further expressed that Labba Labba or the haters are just trying to tear down his career.
The “Who Am I” deejay indicated it’s an obvious setup because the video came out only two days before his event which featured a list of top Dancehall acts.
This is not the first time Beenie Man has come under scrutiny over the murder of the well-known dancer. The artist reportedly left the island for a few months because his life was in danger following the incident which occured 13 years ago.
Bogle, who is also known as Bogle Dancer, Mr Bogle, Father Bogle, and Mr Wacky, was a Jamaican dancehall star, dancer and choreographer. He was shot and killed in January 2005 after leaving a party.
