Reveals New Album Title Inspired By His Daughter

Chris Brown is getting personal on his next album. His next album will be called “Royalty”.

RnB crooner’s lat album, X, suffered unexpected delays when Chris found himself in-and-out of rehab and eventually serving a minor jail sentence. The LP finally saw the light of day following his release, and since he’s been keeping himself out of legal trouble, his new album is expected soon, and now it has an official title.

“Royalty” will be Brown’s seventh studio album, sharing its name with the singer’s 15-month-old daughter.

Since the news broke that he had a child with former model named Nia Guzman, Brown has stepped up to the plate and embraced his new role as dad.

Brown has been very vocal about the inspiration he takes from his daughter, even if he and her mother still seem to have some issues to work out.

He gushed about fatherhood in a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest.

“I think this was just a blessing in disguise with my daughter because I get a chance to look at her and teach her the right path and also be a father in my daughter’s life,” he said.

“Just to see a smile on her face—just to see the littlest things—is emotional for me, so I just love that aspect of being able to be a father now.”

There is no official release date for Royalty, the follow-up to 2014’s X, but the album is expected this fall.
