artiste , whose real name is O’Keefe Aaron, was reportedly deported back to Jamaica last week after US immigration officials found a small quantity of marijuana on him.

During passage through the LAX in Los Angeles, California, immigration officers discovered a spliff tail in the entertainer’s pants pocket while he was being processed.

Laden told reporters that “it was an honest mistake and he’s upset with himself.”

The deejay was embarking on a series of shows throughout the United States.

Laden is a member of Freddie and Stephen McGregor’s ‘Big Ship’ record label. He was also a former contestant on the popular Jamaican talent show, Digicel Rising Stars.

Laden is known for hit songs Time to Shine, Really Like You, and most recent Google Badmind featuring Benji Hype.

Laden is not the first entertainer to be caught with marijuana in an airport.

Last year, Tommy Lee was busted at Grenada’s international airport by police.
