Gucci Mane has reportedly been freed from prison four months early, according to his lawyer Drew Findling.
Gucci ended a 39-month stint in prison today after a judge agreed to free him four months ahead of his scheduled release date.
According to TMZ, Gucci’s lawyer filed a motion several months ago asserting that his client had not received proper credit for previous time served.
The judge granted the request. Gucci will serve several months of house arrest and receive probation after that.
The constantly embroiled rapper reportedly has already purchased a home outside the city and video has already surfaced of his girlfriend Keisha Kaoir gifting the 1017 don a new Maybach.
The rapper reportedly hit the studio within an hour of release.
Gucci Mane plead guilty in May 2014 to firearms possession and was sentenced to 39 months in a Georgia prison.
