Talented Downsound Records artiste, Ishawna, is set to make her Reggae Sumfest debut on Dancehall Night, July 16, at the Catherine Hall Entertainment Centre in St. James.

Talented Downsound Records artiste, , is set to make her debut on Dancehall Night, July 16, at the Catherine Hall Entertainment Centre in St. James.

Ishawna says it’s the experience of a lifetime and is anticipating showing her fans and fellow artistes what she is capable of.

“I am happy to be a part of this year’s line-up and I will be going all out to ensure that I deliver a solid performance,” Ishawna told media reporters.

The songstress, who has been making huge strides in her career, recently recorded a single with ’s much talked about ex, . Her latest singles Vroom Vroom and Oola La la have been receiving much local airplay and her music videos, “Cheerful Giver” and “Restraining Order” are being featured on MTV.com.

“Cheerful Giver”  was also in the top ten on the Tempo Network Cross Caribbean Countdown.

“2015 has been a good year so far. I am grateful to the DownSound Records Force, my fans and members of the media for getting my music out there and I thank them for their continued love and support,” Ishawna told media reporters.

The 2015 Sumfest line-up includes a host of other must see performances including local acts Chris Martin, Bugle, Dexta Daps and international stars T,I., Jennifer Hudson and Common.
