The Jamaican born recording artist, whose real name is Desmond Brown, has also been exploring different genres of music, while recording new materials.
At Jam Day 2015 Concert in Ottawa, Canada on August 8, he performed singles such as “Flirty Flirty,” “Summer Time” among others. The event reportedly attracted up to 2000 patrons.
Reefa, who hails from St. Thomas, resides in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
He is currently booked for this year’s GT Extravaganza in Jamaica among other local and international shows.
He has been working with local producers and has been making waves on Jamaican air-plays.
Jah Reefa brings an unique hardcore style to the Dancehall scene and has opened shows for Grammy award winning acts such as Shaggy and Damian Marley.
21st Hapilos Digital Distribution emerged from the need for an avenue for local music to tap into the international market, their official website states.

The company’s goal is to open up markets and help take Reggae and Dancehall music to the heights which it has never been taken before while administering the services needed by the clients to facilitate that journey,” states on Hapilos website.
Mr. Johnny Wonder, Executive Vice President, 21st Hapilos Digital was on hand in Jamaica to distribute the digital awards.
