The infectious money anthem, which was produced by Good Good Productions on the “Money Mix Riddim” and released in April, was lauded by the country’s head of elected government during his campaign trail in October.

Over the past weeks, several clips have since surfaced on online showing the Jamaican politician praising “Fresh Cash” while using the track as a representation.

He compared the lyrics of the song to real-life situations to bring across his political message.

He also reportedly played the single on a sound system in a local community.
