The Dancehall artist took to social media on Saturday to promise his fans new music in the near future.

“Good morning my fans bless up the Mavado army friends and family look out for my new music coming at you 🔥💪🏿🔑,” captioned a photo of himself smiling.

Mavado was subjected to heavy criticism in recent weeks as some fans accused the “Progress” deejay of fleeing Jamaica and neglecting his detained 17-year-old son to face the murder charge for the killing of 23-year-old Lorenzo Thomas.

The “Nah Use Dem” deejay has also been accused of failing to release an offical statement about the matter. However, he maintains that his teenage son is innocent, according to his lawyer.

In May, he released his latest song, “Father God,” which is produced by Keeno 4 Star and featured on the “Dilemma Riddim.”

Mavado, who is currently on tour in the United States and the Caribbean, has has yet to return to Jamaica despite warnings from law enforcement officials to turn himself in for questioning following a flare up violence in Cassava Piece, St Andrew.
