Mavado’s son is looking foward to getting his bail granted as his murder case develops with a shocking twist of allegations that he had ordered his co-accused to cut their victim’s head off for the “boss.”
Lawyers representing the 16-year-old son of dancehall entertainer began submissions earlier this week at the start of the bail hearing for the teenager, who is charged with murder, conspiracy to murder, arson, shooting with intent and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
The hearing is set to continue next week before the St. Andrew Parish Court.
The juvenile is charged jointly with 23 year old Andre Hines for the June 5 murder of Lorenzo Thomas, in Cassava Piece, St. Andrew.
It is being alleged that the two accused were among a group of men who went to Thomas’ house.
The door was kicked open and Thomas was shot, chopped with machetes and then set ablaze.
Meanwhile, Mavado has reportedly requested a condition for his surrender to the Constant Spring Police
According to Mavado’s attorney, Tamika Harris, who was speaking to local media, the Dancehall entertainer will be returning to Jamaica soon and reportedly wants a silent surrender and not want the media to know when.
