Munga Honourable is in police custody in connection with a murder investigation.

The Dancehall artist surrendered to the Hunts Bay Police on Monday (May 22) in the company of his attorney, Christopher Townsend.

Munga, whose real name is Damion Rhoden, is to be questioned in connection with the fatal shooting of a man in Ackee Walk in St. Andrew, two weeks ago. The incident reportedly took place at a dance in the community.

Munga Honourable has denied any involvement in the killing.

The Jamaican entertainer is known for songs such as “Bad Like I”, “Flippin Rhymez”, “In My Arms”, “Earthquake”, and “Bad From Me Born.”
