Downsound and Ninjaman part company?
Dancehall artist Ninja Man has parted ways with DownSound Records (DSR) after three years.
When media reporters contacted the label’s CEO Josef Bogdanovich, he confirms the split hinting that they were no longer working together but refused to delve into the details surrounding matter.
Bogdanovich has also denied news in the entertainment industry that he will be purchasing a radio station.
“No, that is not on the agenda at this time,” Bogdanovich, who now owns the largest shareholdings in the Kingston Live Entertainment (KLE) Group, said.
Meanwhile, numerous efforts to get a comment from Ninja Man proved futile. In January after the staging of his birthday bash, Ninja Man hinted that he would have parted ways with DSR.
Currently signed to the Down-Sound Records label are entertainer Ishawna, Don Husky, Nature and producer Skatta Burrell.
Late last year, the label refused to renew its contract with Specialist.
