is getting closer to releasing her new album, Hype Life Magazine has learned.

The Bajan songbird has recently registered a new song with the international copyright agency, BMI.

The track, which is titled “Private Loving,” was written by Rihanna, artist and British songwriter Monique Lawz.

Fanatics of the pop star is reportedly freaking out after a fan account revealed that the singer registered a the new song with the Jamaican artist.

During an interview with T Magazine back in May, Rihanna confirmed that she was working on a Reggae/Dancehall inspired album. This will serve as a follow up to Rihanna’s 2016 album ANTI.

Rihanna also revealed that she had not decided on a name for her new EP but she just might go with the “R9” title that was suggested by her fans on social media.

“So far it’s just been R9, thanks to the Navy, I’m about to call it that probably, ’cause they have haunted me with this ‘R9, R9, when is R9coming out?’ How will I accept another name after that’s been burned into my skull?” Rihanna stated.
