Wayne Marshall has chopped off his signiture locks for a low cut.
The Jamaican musician debuted his new look on Friday via social media.
“Transform… verb 1. make a marked change in the form, nature, or appearance of,” Marshall captioned an Instagram photo which shows his hand filled with hair.
Fans of the deejay first thought he was joking until he later posted photos showing his new look.
“Unlocked!!!” he wrote beside the photos showcasing his new low cut hairstyle.
Many of his fans are now speculating that Marshall cut his locks because he will be turning over his life to the Lord.
Meanwhile, the former member of the Bounty Killer-led Alliance, is currently promoting his gospel single “Glory To God” which has racked up over 500,000 hits during the last two months.
Marshall is also mourning the death of his father who passed away last month after suffering a stroke.
“Fly with the angels my boss. Daddy passed today after fighting hard in the hospital,” Wayne Marshall said. “Thanks for all the prayers, support and positive energy in this tough time. God has him now and it is well. Wycliffe Mitchell Jan 12 ,1952 – June 10, 2018.”
