The man who brought the Caribbean musical genre of reggae to the world, Bob Marley, would today be 68 had he not died tragically from cancer in 1981 at the age of 36.
Bob Marley has gotten the treatment and the results make for a fascinating trip into a future denied by fate.
The project was made possible by Michigan-based group Phojoe using state-of-the-art specialized technology, the same that is used to create the age-progressed photos used in the search for missing persons.
Marley sold an astounding 20 million albums over the course of his career, an unheard of feat for a musician who came from a nation as impoverished as Jamaica.
Marley was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1994.
