He has been banned from several concert events due to the influence of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) community.

Sizzla has had his US visa reinstated and is currently on tour in the USA.

The “Just One Of Those Days” deejay is one of the most commercially and critically successful contemporary reggae artists and is noted for his high number of releases. As of 2014 he had released over 70 solo albums.
