One of the men from the boisterous group was said to have had an altercation with a male shopper who passed critical remarks.

“Mi see dem. Female slippers, women’s handbag, and one of dem was exposing him bottom area. They were picking up things like ladies stuff, like Stayfree and dem sort of something deh,” said one man, as he recounted the incident.
“This particular guy it seem to upset him. Him pass some remarks and dem hear, so dem decide fi attack him.”
The male shopper was saved by staff at the store who locked him inside a room before calling the police.
The men left the store but returned with reinforcements all the while declaring that they were “bad man batty men”.
They were eventually removed from the store by police from the St Andrew North Police Division.
