Nelly unintentionally shared a graphic video of a lady allegedly giving him a fellatio online but swiftly removed the footage as social media users went nuts.
The raunchy video clip was published on the American rapper’s Instagram Story before it was deleted on Tuesday (Feb. 8).
In the 54-second video, an unidentified female was seen allegedly engaging with the famous hitmaker, but Nelly’s face was not shown.
Nelly Issues Apology For Leaked Video On Instagram
Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., has since issued a statement for the incident, saying that he apologizes to the young woman involved in the video and her family for the “unwanted publicity.”
“I sincerely apologize to the young lady and her family, this is unwanted publicity for her/them. This was an old video that was private and never meant to go public,” the statement reads.
The publication also reported that Nelson’s team believed the video was posted after his account was hacked. An investigation of the breach is underway to make sure other personal information and documents were not stolen.
In spite of the video being removed from the artiste’s profile, it was reposted on social media and garnered a wide range of responses from music fans.
