Popcaan and Buju Banton have worked on a new track together.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday (Nov. 20), the “Firm and Strong” deejay shared two photos of himself next to the Grammy-winning entertainer while confirming that they have an upcoming collaboration.
“Stay tune fi the fire tune? @bujuofficial,” Popcaan captioned the carousel post on the photo-sharinf platform.
In the photographs, the Jamaican artistes can be seen posing for the lens.
Popcaan’s announcement on his forthcoming single with Buju Banton instantly sent Dancehall and Reggae fans into a frenzy on social media.
Fellow musicians Spice, Dre Island, British rapper Kano and among others left their approval in the comments section.
“Trouble ????,” Spice wrote.
“About time ???????,” Dre Island added.
“Connect. 100,” Kano commented.
Popcaan, earlier this month, released “Money Heist” and “Lamp Shade.”
He is preparing to take the stage of Unruly Fest at Goodyear Factory, St. Thomas on Saturday (Dec. 21).
Buju Banton dropped his latest track, “Trust,” which was produced by Dave Kelly, on Friday (Nov. 15).
