The Recording Academy has announced the 2022 Grammy nominations for the highly anticipated ‘Best Reggae Album’ category.

The 64th Grammy Awards’ Best Reggae Album nominees are Spice, Etana, Sean Paul, Jesse Royal, Gramps Morgan, and SOJA.

The Recording Academy’s YouTube channel has revealed six finalists for this year’s Grammy Awards instead of the usual five.

Shenseea, whose real name is Chinsea Lee, rose to stardom after the release of “Loodi” featuring Vybz Kartel in 2017. She has since then enjoyed corporate and musical success, becoming brand ambassadors for Campari, Boom Energy Drink, and Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty lingerie line.

She is also known for other songs such as “ShenYeng Anthem,” “The Sidechick Song,” “Blessed,” and “Trending Gyal.”
