Lila Iké shows off her curves in an orange hollow-out jumpsuit, and her fans are here for it!
The Jamaican Reggae artist on Monday (Nov. 14) shared a set of images of herself sporting the controversial outfit on Instagram.
In the images, the “Solitude” singer is seen sporting a zipper high-neck long-sleeve buckle cut-out bodysuit romper with red and black sneakers while flaunting long braids and her flat belly.
The striking outfit reveals her underboob, hips, and abdomen.
The 28-year-old entertainer, whose real name is Alecia Tameka Grey, captioned the carousel post with the Nazar Amulet emoji “🧿,” an eye-shaped amulet believed to protect against the evil eye.
Music fans flocked to the comments section of the Instagram post to share their approval of her eye-catching look.
“She nah wear no underwear badgyal @lilaike sing two dancehall to man lol🔥,” one user said.
“Draws less,” another added while Dancehall artist Destiny added, “Suh Weh u gwaan suh fah 😍😍🔥🔥🔥.”
“What if somebody unclips the clips though…,” a fan wrote before Lila responded, “obviously they would have the access and permission?”
Lila Iké has been busy making new music in the music studio. She was recently spotted showing off her “rap game” in the studio with producer Dainja Mental, who has worked with Wyclef, Cardi B, Shabba Ranks, Mobb Deep, Shaggy, Sean Paul, Popcaan, among others.
Last month, the Manchester native released a new single, “Dinero,” produced by Sean Alaric.
The In.Digg.Nation Collective label mate dropped “Wanted” and “True Love” earlier this year.
In May 2020, she released her first studio album, “The ExPerience, “through RCA Records and In.Digg.Nation, a label founded by Reggae musician Protoje.
Lila Iké was born and raised in the town of Christiana, Manchester, located in west-central Jamaica. She attended Manchester High School and graduated in 2011. She enrolled at Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville until 2015. Her attempt to return to school at The University of the West Indies was short-lived, as she decided to focus on her music career instead.
After she moved to Kingston, she started singing under the name “Lila Music.” Over time, she changed her name to “Lila Iké,” which derives from the Nigerian word “Ikéchukwu,” which means “power of God.”
In 2017, she signed with the In.Digg.Nation label. She performed at Rototom Sunsplash and Reggae Jam during her 2019 European tour.
Creating a unique sound that combines Reggae with Dancehall, Hip-Hop and Soul, Lila Iké has carved out a niche for herself, with singles such as “Where I'm Coming From,” “Second Chance,” “I Spy,” “Forgive Me,” and “Thy Will” with Skillibeng.
