Vybz Kartel is not letting prison time keep down his spirit!
The incarcerated Jamaican Dancehall superstar, who has maintained his innocence in the murder of Clive Williams since his conviction in 2014, says he is “holding it out” following recent allegations that he received a death threat from a prison warder at the Horizon Correctional Facility in Kingston.
The “Any Weather” deejay, whose real name is Adidja Azim Palmer, on Tuesday (Nov 15) shared a photo of himself wearing sunglasses, a gold watch, a color-blocked Ralph Lauren polo shirt, ripped skinny denim jeans and a pair of Clarks desert boot.
“Bearing justice but me a gwaan wul it,” he captioned the photo with hashtags #worlboss #gazanation and #thecometiscoming.
Fans of Vybz Kartel and entertainers alike flooded the comments section of the Instagram post with approval.

The Jamaican entertainer shared a second photo on Wednesday (Nov 16) of himself sporting similar trendy attire. This time he opted for a black long-sleeve shirt, skinny black jeans and red, back and white Air Force One sneakers.
In the photographs, Vybz Kartel can be seen standing with a bearded, straight face and both of his hands in his pockets in a space that appears to be a section of a prison cell.

Despite being behind bars for over a decade, Vybz Kartel's music career is still flourishing, making him one of the most relevant Dancehall artists to date.
On Sunday (Nov 13), he shared a close-up selfie while announcing his upcoming album “The Appellant,” which will be released next month and will see productions from his record label Vybz Kartel Muzik, TJ Records, and Aiko Pon Di Beat.
“New EP Coming this December! #TheAppellant EP from the #ExiledPharaohSeries Part 1,” he wrote.
“The Appellant” will follow Vybz Kartel's EP “True Religion,” which is currently being promoted.
Earlier this year, the controversial musician released a slew of hit songs, including “Streets” featuring Squash, “Stimulus” with Shawn Storm, “Girgl Next Door,” “Tell Mommy,” “Run Dem File” featuring Shawn Storm, “Something New,” “Likkle Bit So,” “Amazing” featuring Stefflon Don, “Symphony,” “True Religion,” and “It Hard.”
