Rihanna and A$AP Rocky, who are expecting their first child any day now, have been rumored to break up due to cheating allegations.

On Thursday (April 14), the internet erupted with reports that pregnant Rihanna and her unborn child’s father, ASAP Rocky, had called it quits due to since-deleted tweets claiming so sent by fashion writer Louis Pisano.

The social media influencer claimed that the couple “split” after ASAP Rocky was “caught cheating” with shoe designer Amina Muaddi.

The cheating and breakup rumors shook social media, and the fashion couple, who are expecting their first child together, began trending on Twitter as fans reacted to the allegations.

Neither Rihanna nor ASAP Rocky has publicly responded to the rumors.

Fashion designer Amina Muaddi, the woman at the center of the A$AP Rocky and Rihanna cheating rumors slammed the allegations as an “unfounded lie.”

She has since issued a statement on Friday (April 15) via her Instagram Story denying any involvement with the “Fashion Killa” rapper.

“I’ve always believed that an unfounded lie spread on social media doesn’t deserve any response or clarification, especially one that is so vile,” she began.

“I initially assumed that this fake gossip fabricated with such malicious intent would not be taken seriously. However, in the last 24h I’ve been reminded that we live in a society that is SO quick to speak on topics regardless of factual basis and that nothing is off-limits. Not even during what should be one of the most beautiful and celebrated times in one’s life,” Muaddi continued, referring to Rihanna’s pregnancy.

“Therefore I have to speak up as this is not only directed towards me but it is related to people I have a great amount of respect and affection for. While Rih is continuing to live her serene, best-dressed pregnancy life and I go back to my business I wish everyone a beautiful Easter weekend!” she concluded.

Multiple sources also denied the rumor in statements to TMZ and Page Six on Friday.

Fashion Writer Apologises for Spreading Rihanna and Asap Rocky Cheating Rumour

Fashion writer Louis Pisano has since issued an apology after tweeting that Rihanna and ASAP Rocky had broken up because of infidelity.

Taking to Twitter, he explained that he made a “dumb decision” and “would like to apologize to all parties” for his “reckless tweets.”

“Last night I made a dumb decision to tweet some information I had received,” Pisano tweeted on 15 April.

“I’m not going to talk about sources, blame others for a discussion that was started, etc because at the end of the day I made the decision to draft that tweet, press send and put that out with my name on it,” he continued.

“I’d like to formally apologise to all parties I involved with my actions and for my reckless tweets,” he said.

Rihanna and ASAP Rocky have been dating since early 2020 and took their love public that November.

The billionaire businesswoman announced her pregnancy in January with a photoshoot as she proudly debuted her baby bump while strolling the streets with the “Goldie” rapper in Harlem.
