Beyonce Tops ‘Forbes Highest-Paid Women in Music List

Forbes recently unveiled its list of the highest-paid women in music in 2017.

has handily taken the top spot.

The “Run The World” singer earned $105 million over a yearlong period stretching from June 2016 to June of this year, a sum aided in large part by her ‘Formation’ Tour, which grossed $250 million worldwide.

Adele came in second place with $69 million, a total boosted by her own respective tour, her first in years.

Taylor Swift arrived in third with $44 million, though the scoring period put in place by Forbes has made the mammoth-sales of her new album “Reputation” ineligible for consideration until next year’s tally.
