In a video that was recently resurfaced on social media, the Reggae icon made claims of several Jamaican musicians that were on drugs during the 70s and 80s.
In the footage, Eek-A-Mouse claimed that Gregory Isaacs, and Dennis Brown, met an early demise due to their cocaine addiction. He also stated that the “Cool Runnings” singer and the crowned prince of Reggae, were only the ones that were well-known.
He also made claims about Reggae musicians who were addicts but it was kept away from the public’s eye. He further alleged that Beres Hammond had almost lost his life to drugs.
Before the video ended, he made the most explosive and controversial claim, that Bob Marley took cocaine.
Many music fans were outraged by the claims.
One comment under the video read, “You ago tired fe see me face; Can’t get me out of the race. Oh, man, you said I’m in your place And then you draw bad card.”
“SO WHAT EVERYONE IS ON DRUGS…IT’S FOUND IN THE HOUSE IF PARLIAMENT HERE IN THE UK,” another added.
