Offset is out on bail, fresh out of jail and back home with Cardi B, since posting $17 thousand bond in drug and gun case.

Migos’ rapper Offset was released on bail from a Georgia jail Saturday (July 21) after spending the night behind bars following his arrest on felony gun charges.

The “Walk It Talk It” rapper is back home with and his newborn daughter Kulture, while his lawyer says the rapper is innocent.

Offset’s wife, Cardi B, posted a photo of the two on her Instagram Story, writing, “Home.”

Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was pulled over near Atlanta Friday for allegedly making an improper lane change.

Upon approaching his vehicle, police smelled marijuana, and after a search, found three handguns, less than an ounce of marijuana, and more than $107,000 in cash.

The 26-year-old rapper, who is a convicted felon, was arrested for alleged possession of a weapon during a crime and possession of a firearm by a felon.

He was also charged with possession of marijuana and an improper lane change, both considered misdemeanors.

Offset was released from Clayton County Jail in Jonesboro, Georgia, after posting $17,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sunday.

“Offset is home with his wife and newborn daughter,” Offset’s lawyer, Drew Findling, told E! News on Saturday. “His most important focus right now is to be with his wife, children and family.”

“Having been educated on this case in the last 24 hours, he did not commit any traffic offenses besides being a young African-American man in a flashy car wearing nice jewelry,” the attorney continued.

“He has a security team that have licenses to possess firearms and he did not physically have any firearms in his possession. We will have to deal with this in court and address these legal issues. I am confident in telling you he is 100 percent innocent,” the attorney added.

This isn’t Offset’s first battle with legal issues. He was arrested in 2016 for driving with a suspended license in Atlanta, and spent time behind bars in 2015 after being arrested on drug and gun charges during a concert at Georgia Southern University.
