Party Promoters denied permit for a "Dudus Coke" Celebration

Hype Life Magazine understands that the police in West Kingston have rejected a permit from promoters to host a birthday party in celebration of former West Kingston alleged gang leader Christopher “Dudus” Coke.

Superintendent Steve McGregor of the West Kingston Division says permission isn’t granted to persons wishing to host parties that celebrate so-called dons, incarcerated persons or anyone who contributes to violence.

The dance which was scheduled for this weekend, was slated for a place named ‘Top Ten’ which is believed to be an area where Dudus allegedly once ruled.
